I built SquishSignal after hunting for NeeDoh for my daughter and spending far too much time refreshing retailer websites.The most exciting finds were the ghost drops: stock that appeared without an announcement. I wanted a way to hear about those without watching every shop myself.That is what SquishSignal does: checks selected retailers and sends an alert when stock is detected, so you can head straight to the product.

Choose how you receive alerts

NeeDoh channelAll alerts for the NeeDoh products we track are posted together in this channel, including restocks and new finds. You receive notifications for all those products while the channel is unmuted. You cannot mute individual products here.MISC channelAlerts for other hard-to-get, sought-after squishy products that members have requested and we have added to the tracker. All these alerts are posted together. You can mute the whole channel, but cannot mute individual products.SquishSignal | Product AlertsThis group brings together both sets of alerts: tracked NeeDoh products and the other requested squishies. Each product has its own topic, so you can mute products you are not interested in and keep notifications for the others.Muted product alerts still appear in the group and message history, but they will not ping your phone. 1. About SquishSignal
SquishSignal provides stock information and alerts through its iPhone app and Telegram. We do not sell, reserve or deliver the products shown. Any purchase you make is directly with the retailer.SquishSignal is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands, retailers or platforms mentioned in the service. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Using the service
By purchasing a membership or using SquishSignal, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian responsible for the payment.
3. Memberships and payment
The iPhone app and Telegram have separate memberships. Paying for one does not give you access to the other. If you subscribe to both, you will be charged for both.Membership is currently £4.99 per month unless a different price is shown before purchase. The price, currency, taxes and billing details displayed at checkout apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Any free trial will be shown at checkout.
4. What the service provides
Your membership provides the stock information, alerts and features offered through the membership you chose. Available products, retailers and features may differ between the app and Telegram. We may make reasonable changes to the service and will communicate significant changes where appropriate.
5. Stock alerts and retailer purchases
Stock and prices can change quickly. An alert does not guarantee that a product remains available, that its price is unchanged, or that a retailer will accept or fulfil an order. Check the retailer’s website before purchasing. Your purchase is subject to the retailer’s own terms, including its delivery and returns policies.We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee that monitoring or alerts will always be uninterrupted or that every alert will arrive. Phone notifications also depend on your device settings and connection.
6. Cancelling
iPhone app membership: Cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. SquishSignal cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.Telegram membership: Cancel using the membership controls provided for your subscription, or contact SquishSignal support for help.Deleting the app, leaving Telegram or turning off notifications does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to any applicable legal rights. If you have both memberships, you must cancel each one separately.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
For app purchases, request a refund through Apple’s refund service. For Telegram purchases, contact SquishSignal using the support details on this website.We will consider refund requests in line with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. You may have cancellation or cooling-off rights, including rights that apply when a subscription begins or renews. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. 8. Fair use
You must not share paid access beyond any permitted use, resell or commercially redistribute SquishSignal content, bypass payment or access controls, interfere with the service, or extract substantial amounts of its data through automated means. We may suspend or end access for fraud, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. We will act reasonably when doing so.
9. Third-party services and content
Links to retailers and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control their websites, products or services. The SquishSignal name, branding, interface and original content belong to SquishSignal or its licensors; third-party names, images and trademarks remain with their respective owners.Use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s applicable app licence terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for missed purchasing opportunities, retailer decisions, changes in stock or prices, or losses caused by delayed or missed alerts.
11. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes through the website, app, Telegram or another reasonable method, and show the latest update date above.For questions, cancellation help or complaints, use the support email shown on this website. These terms do not affect mandatory rights you have under the law that applies where you live.
Replacement cancellation and refunds page
The iPhone app and Telegram are separate subscriptions. If you have both, cancel each one separately.
- iPhone app: Cancel through Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SquishSignal → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles app refund requests through Report a Problem.
- Telegram: Use the cancellation controls provided for your membership, or contact SquishSignal support for help with cancellation or a refund request.
Deleting the app, leaving Telegram or turning off alerts does not cancel payment. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing until the end of the paid period, subject to any applicable legal rights. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

SquishSignal is an independent paid stock-alert service. We provide product availability information and alerts through our mobile app and Telegram. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands, retailers or platforms featured in the service.For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the support email shown on this website.
2. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people who use the SquishSignal app or website, receive alerts through Telegram, have or consider a membership, or contact us for support. The information we use depends on which services and optional features you choose.
3. Information we use
Memberships and payments. We may receive your email address, Telegram account details, membership and subscription status, payment and renewal records, and information you send us for support. Payments are handled by the relevant payment platform. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.The mobile app. The app does not currently require a named account. To provide and restore subscriptions, we use purchase and subscription information supplied by Apple and our subscription service. This may include an app identifier, transaction details and subscription status.The app stores choices such as products, retailers, notification settings and appearance preferences on your device. If you enable phone notifications, we also use the information needed to send alerts according to your choices, including a device notification identifier, relevant preferences and time zone. You can turn off notifications in your device settings. Suggestion drafts currently stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us.Website and technical information. When you use the website or app, the services that deliver them may process information such as your IP address and basic usage and diagnostic records. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
4. Why we use information and our lawful bases
We use information to provide and administer memberships, confirm purchases, deliver requested alerts, apply your preferences, respond to support requests, protect and improve the service, and meet accounting and other legal obligations.Depending on the purpose, our lawful basis is performance of a contract, your consent for optional features where applicable, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent for optional processing, including by disabling phone notifications.We do not sell personal information or use app or membership information for third-party advertising. We use your email address for marketing only if you have separately agreed to receive it.
5. Who receives information
We share information where needed with providers that support payments and subscriptions, Telegram memberships, app notifications, website and app hosting, security, and customer support. Apple and Telegram also process information under their own privacy terms when you use their services.If you open a retailer link, that retailer may receive ordinary website-visit information and will handle it under its own privacy policy.
6. International processing
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use applicable adequacy regulations or appropriate transfer safeguards. Contact us if you would like more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. App preferences and unsent drafts remain on your device until you remove or reset them. We keep notification information while needed to provide that feature and for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting. Membership, transaction and support records may be kept after a membership ends where needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes.You can contact us to request deletion of information associated with your app notifications. We may need information that helps us locate the relevant record. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricted access to service systems and encrypted connections where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, request its deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, request its transfer, or withdraw consent. Some rights have legal limits. Contact us using the support email shown on this website to make a request.
10. Automated processing
SquishSignal uses your alert preferences to decide which stock alerts to send. This does not involve automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Children
SquishSignal is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Subscriptions should be purchased and managed by an adult or through an Apple account with appropriate family controls.
12. Complaints and changes
Please contact us if you have concerns about how we use your information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.We may update this policy when the service or our use of information changes. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling your membershipSquishSignal membership costs £4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.You can cancel your membership at any time using the membership management options provided through SquishSignal or InviteMember.There is no cancellation fee.Cancelling stops future renewal payments. Unless your statutory rights require otherwise, your membership will normally remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.2. 14-day cancellation periodIf you are a UK consumer and purchase SquishSignal online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of entering into it.Because SquishSignal provides access to the membership service straight away, the service may begin during this 14-day period.Where you have expressly requested that the service begins immediately and you later exercise your statutory cancellation right, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law.Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.3.
